Phone Account Access (AudioTeller)

Once you're approved for this service, a separate personal identification number/password (PIN) is assigned. The PIN and an account number are needed to access your accounts. The PIN also enables access to BillPay.

With this service, you can:

  • Withdraw funds by check from your share and share draft accounts.
  • Transfer funds from your share and share draft accounts.
  • Obtain balance information.
  • Make loan payments from your share and share draft accounts.
  • Access your CU Line of Credit.
  • Determine if a particular item has cleared.
  • Verify the last date and amount of your deposits.

If you have difficulty understanding how to use the phone system, refer to the
phone transactions menu
that identifies the number to push for each option.

The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction, and there may be limits on the duration of each telephone call. Please note that this service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing.

Transfer limitations apply. All withdrawal checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. The FRB FCU reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds.
